I can't help with a spare pito but you could make one eisily enough, here's how I did the one on my Fw 190D-9

The kit provided pitot tube is to crued so I have replaced it with a length of telescoping stainless steel tube. The end is chamfered by rotating it agains the face of a cut off wheel. The internal diameter is de-burred using the point of a pair of tweezers. The shaft is drawn through some fine emery paper, to give a "key" for painting.
It is glued in position using CA and the gaps are filled with white glue. When secure it will be hand painted. Another piece of tube will be inserted into this (the next size down)during final assembly and left unpainted for a very realistec look.
It would have been ideal to have attatched this before airbrushing but it would have been odds on that I would have nocked it off. It is still possible but there is less chance now.
When the paint is dry it will recieve the wash to tone it in with the rest of the model.
