Thanks for all the recent advice on the "white sausage" technique of masking.
Heres the result!
Small bit of overspray in one area but I'll soon touch that up.
Im going to have to wait before I apply the decals as the local model shop is out of stock of decal fix at the moment.
Thanks again guys,,I couldnt have done it without you!

That came out well Nigel. I gotta try that on a tank. I've seen it done before, just never tried it.
Good work.

Looking good.
I have used that technique too, works wonders. Btw, you can reduce the usage of white-tac by using 'sausages' only for the edges and using other masking materials for the rest.

Sure did!
I wasnt happy with the straightish line on the starboard wing so I fixed that and sorted out the overspray while I was at it.
A very small amount of touching up is needed and then I'll Klear it.
Going to have to wait for a while before I apply the decals as the local model shop hasnt go any decal solution.(first build for 20 years remember,Im having to but all the essentials as I go), so I will order some from Hannants.
Only problem is they will only ship bottles of fluid with a kit,so I guess the ideal companion will have to be a Mk1 Hurricane
For those of you in the UK,Morrisons have white tac on buy one get one free at the moment,59p a pack,so stock up while you can :-)

Im already there Mat!
Read it,re-read it,,and digested it. Im letting everything dry properly and cure today and I'll be doing my first ever coverage of Klear tomorrow hopefully.
Also been reading your article of applying decals.
The last time I built models luke warm water was the norm,I dont think set and sol had been invented then
So its a case of slowly slowly catchy monkey,,or slowly slowly finish Spit!
