I recieved this for Christmas. Who has started it, and what can you tell me about problems?
Is anyone working on a review; should I archive my building?

Which Hasegawa edition did you get?I have the first of the three. It builds into 4 or 5 marks of A class.Very nice for old kit.If you have the newest one, then you would be a hero if you archived the build .Hyperscale,ARC,and LSP may have some goodies on it too!
cheers for '06!

The "Old School" A-5 is a PIA, but when wrestled properly into submission, it lokks pretty good. I suspect you mean the "New Tool" A-8, which I built in 2004 when it 1st came out. You can read my article on Large Scale Planes here: http://www.largescaleplanes.com/articles/WW2/JamesKelley/FW190A-8/FW190A-8.html No major problems....you may want to adjust the flap angle though, hasegawa has them at near-90 degrees. Enjoy!

Hi Guys,
I have the new-tool A-8 (and parts from the 2-3 oldies I built as a kid--I wonder how well the BMW will fit into this one??).
Yes, I noted with interest the panels under the wings for the R/U units (what are they called, 'Rutzunsels'--"field accessories"?), and the seperate cowling...VERY INTERSTIK!
Thanks for your replys!

'Rutzunsels'
Hi Fred!
It is "Rüstsätze" in fact... but "Rutzunsels" is also very nice! :-)
