Does anybody know if the old Hobbycraft 1/48th scale Dornier Do 17 E/F bomber kit has any bomb bay detail/ or bombs? ( I found one on Ebay & was thinking of building it for the "bombs away" campaign )

Hi Nigel
I've got a couple stashed away and I fear the answer is "No" on both counts; they have closed bomb-bays and no ordnance.
All the best

Thanks Rowan, I might have a go at the "flying pencil" anyway...just for fun.

Bottlerocket,
I have the -17Z, abnd it also lacks any meaningful cockpit detail--a horrid ommission considering the greenhouse canopy.
I haven't found any resin cockpit for it either, but have found pix:

Awsome photo Fred...If only I could find pix of the Do 17e bomb bay, I might have a chance at scratch building it. You would think somebody would have made a detail set...I wonder how much alike the Do 17 & Do 217 interiors were?
