Nice one Carlos!

You can bet Mal will approve! After all, as he always says... you can never have too many Spitfires!

All the best

Cool! I want a banner too!!! :-)

Here's my first attempt. If anyone knows a good program to use for making nice banners, don't hesitate to give me a hint!

Cheers!

Hi Guys

I would love to create and add a banner.

I see lots of people have them.

I can probably create one in Photoshop but how do I get it to Armorama and added as part of my profile and to show when I post etc

Regards

Sean

Hi Sean:

It´s simple.
First you have to create the banner (in 468 x 60 pixels) and upload it in your Gallery or in an album in Armorama Groups.
Then go to "My account", then to "Update Password/Profile" and there copy the URL of the banner in "URL for Signature Image". Click "Save Changes" and that´s all.
The banner will show itself in everyone of your posts. If yoy need more help just ask.

Hi Carlos

Thanks for the feedback.

I am a little disappointed in my banner as the background is supposed to be black and on my monitor at home where I designed it it shows as black not dark green.

Now I look at it today and its dark green.

It is supposed to be black and resemble a Grossdeutshsland arm cuff from WW2.

Mmm back to the drawing board.

Yes I mainly WW2 German model tanks however I am trying out submarines and ships as well.

Plus I do American cars as well.

I am keen to also do a plane at some stage as well.

I have broad modelling interests.

Regards

Sean

Hi Sean:

I also see it dark green. Check the banner with the software you used. Maybe it´s a problem of the color setting of your monitor.

I like to model aircrafts but I have some armor kits builded too. I´ll send a private mail to you with alink to one of them.

Regards.
