here is a typhoon I did a while back I scratch built oil tank and numerous engine parts,gunbays are scratch built as well as rockets and rails.Canopy is vacu formed to make bubble top.This has to one of my favorite all time british aircraft that sometimes gets forgotten.

I always liked the old Revell 1/32 Typhoon ( I guess that's what you based this on). You've done a great job on updating this old bird, the changes have really improved it no end.

Holy cow!
The engine detail amazing! The gunbays are iceing on the cake.
Any idea how many hours you have total in this build Dave? That is some really fantastic work. Congradulations man!

That´s a great looking model! What a time consuming project it must have been!
I like the interior colors of the gun bay and the details of the engine... wonderful job! Do you have more pictures?

Thanks for all the great comments I built this a while back the flaps are also dropped,I made the rockets from brass and scratch built rails.This took about 6 months of on and off work painted in humbrol enamels call sign letters are painted on and yes it is a Revell kit.I do have a 1/32 tempest I have scratch built from using parts off the revell kit still working on that.I just love the look of the typhoon and tempest it would be great if trumpeter would put one of these out in 1/24
giving us the option of car door or bubble canopy.I don't have any more pics of this kit because it was sold to a private collector some time ago.
