The last company that I saw that produced a 1/48 A-6 was Monogram/Revell.....I think it went under a Revell label.....but it has been OOP for quite a few years.
They also made an EA-6B Prowler.
I have the A-6E, not built yet.....and am looking for the Prowler.....
The only place I have seen them recently is on Ebay, and becasue they are OOP, they usually go for a pretty tidy sum!!!

INTRUDER ALERT!
Revell Monogram 1/48 A-6E Intruder, kit # 4578. Price: $32.99 CDN.
- This is a very nice re-issue! It is a late eighties kit with raised line-work very discreetly done.
- The cockpit is completely replicated and the kit features both high-viz and low-viz markings

Where did you find that on their website......
I just went there and searched through the "New" and the "Recent" files for aircraft....and didn't see the listing for the A-6E.
Maybe I am just blind!!!

I just finished building Monogram's 1/48 Prowler. I bought it off a guy for $30, he had an EA-6A and a 6B.

Yeah, The revell A-6E had arrived in HK along with the Hasegawa EA-6. One question though, does the canopy has raised frames? because I am new to A/C modelling, and the raised frames will surely help with the masking. Thanks!

No. They are flush. The canopy actually sags in the top center. Revell-Monogram did a ok job of recreating that effect.

Whilst on the subject of A-6, I got a Kangnam 1/72 A-6 as a present. Problem about it was the canopy - the way the company attached it to the sprue tree is a pain IMO. Anyone have any experience with Kangnam's A-6? It's been quite a while since I've built planes and I don't want to ruin this little kit. Am building it OOTB with no frills added.
