Hi all.
I intend to take a trip to Hendon next week and Im taking my camera.
Is anyone working on something that's on display there and need any specific reference photos?
Assuming of course that I can take photos in the museum I will see what I can come up with.

Hi Nigel

You shouldn't have any trouble taking photos - the staff let me go under the barriers to photograph the Defiant.

What day are you intending to go? I need to get up there myself for a research project - my best (only) chance is the second half of the week...

All the best

Hi Rowan.
Unfortunately the only time I can go is the early part of next week due to earlier commitments.
Most likely Tues or Wed.

Hi Nigel

Tuesday I'm out on a shoot and Wednesday looks "iffy". I'll PM you if Wed looks possible - it'd be cool to cross paths - and of course Hannants is so close to the museum...

All the best

Hi Nigel:

I donŽt know if there is a Mosquito FB Mk VI in exhibition there, but if it is so and you could take some pics, it would be great. IŽll appreciate them very much. Thanks for your offering,

Hi Nigel,
If you could take pics of the following aircraft, just the wheel wells and cockpits will do, i would be eternally grateful ( if you can get near them ).
de Havilland Venom FB4
Gloster Javelin FAW1
Gloster Meteor F9/40
Thanks, Andy (++)

Hi Andy,

I will have a word with a friend of mine as he has a Javelin cockpit in his garage not sure the exact mark or the condition as I have not seen it myself. Hope this will be of use.

Ciao

Thanks Luciano it would definetly help. Where did your friend get a Javelin cockpit from ( and don't say from a Javelin plane :-) ) ? Its not the sort of thing you can just pick up from boot sales LOL.

From a Javelin plane :-)

Sorry I;ve never asked, he's the owner of the Catford Independant Airforce - CIA in south east London.
I will see what I can do, but I only see him once a month so wont be quick.

Ciao
