When you just can't find the "real thing" this guy comes through.

Wonder if I could hire him to build my kids a treehouse/control tower? :-)

Great minds thnk alike. I was wondering exactly the same thing.
Seems to me the time line is a bit off. He was six years on one, six years on another, three years on another, and he doesn't look like he's changed a bit.

So you picked up on that. I noticed it too. The site showing Mr. Lucas' efforts hasn't been kept up to date, but I thought others might enjoy seeing his efforts. The He-100, Me-162, and Me-162 have been taken care of with loving hands at Planes of Fame for several years now. They are treated with the same care given the flying Warbirds there.

I remember well Planes of Fame when it was in Buena Park. It was coupled with another place called Cars of the Stars. They had some great stuff there, and they displayed them very well. This was thirty five plus years ago. I used to ride my bicycle there with my best friend.
