Hi Matt,

Which F-18 Hornet are you looking for? F/A or C/F? A,B,C,D,E,F?
Revell-Monogram, Hasegawa and Italeri makes Super and Legacy Hornets.

As for colors, which camos or part are you looking for? Camouflage comes in variety of scheme but the most common is FS36320 and FS36375.

Revell makes a F/A-18E, Hasegawa makes the C, E, and F variant (both E and F are brand new). Weapons on the Hasegawa kits are minimal and need their accessory weapons kits, soem of which are hard to find.

If you just generally want to do a hornet model in 1/48th, I would reccomend the Monogram/Revel F-18E kit.

This kit is brand new and a great build. You get a lot of bang for you buck, usually under $20 US.

Hasegawa also makes excellent Hornet kits, but are more costly and complex.

The venerable Monogram/Revel F-18C is a good kit, but can be troublesome. If your on a budget this is not a bad choice as it can be found at places like Wal-Mart for about $12.
