I've got the sim, as well as PF and AEP. having 2 or all 3 doesn't matter unless you do the hosting... as long as there are no objects that aren't in FB everyone with FB can play.

What are the difficulty settings? I'm a member of a full-realism squadron, so i'm used to the "realistic" settings

am an Ace, as a matter of fact, in our last pacific campaign

go to jfcmil.com if you're interested... my username there is Ducky too

so yeah, i'm thinkin i'm gonna try to drop in and give you guys a bit of a scare

also, we should discuss getting teamspeak. Teamspeak is like an internet radio, a comms system of sorts. that way we could coordinate and devastate. anyone interested in a campaign, with actual sides, (allies and axis), planes appropriate to the map and the year, with clear objectives to be completed, and not just a blast-a-thon?

CHECK SIX!

Hi Roger!

I'm afraid the Armorama IL2 Arena no longer exists. I was doing the host but I don't have a PC anymore (I work with Mac computers). But from what I've read, it's maybe better for us as we were all rookies and we probably wouldn't have had a chance against you!
Anyway, you can still try to "reactive" the Armorama Arena...

Hi there

I'm keen to get this restarted. My wonky hand is only good for 15 mins or so nowadays, but I still like "mixing it" with the computer enemies now and then, so I'll definitely try to join in with any on-line fun.

All the best

I'd love to play! My only problem with online play is that I hardly get into air and someone shoots me down. I'm willing to fly as a target, but I'd like to stay in air for at least 4 minutes...
So if there are no hardcore professionals and Red Barons, I'd love to come togeher with a few amateurs like me for a friendly dogfight...

friend

amatuer status doesn't matter

i'll train you up... lol

anyways, it generally is more of a mission-esque dogfight, the way i like it. with wing pairs and such, one CAP high, one CAP low.... you fly for a long time... its a lot of fun. and you get to blow some fellas out of the sky... lol

Andras,
Look for me on IL 2 as Holdfast247 and I can cover for you while you get off the ground, what name do you fly under? There are a few [auto-censored] wipes who are unable to score a kill in the air but if you aren't able to get off the ground just choose a base out of the way. Try and get to know the capabilities of various aircraft and have a plan to attack/escape when attacked. A game with unlimited ammo and few realism settings is a good place to learn deflection and long range shooting, but you get alot of children in those games. Much more difficult, to start with, but a much better experience is full difficulty. You can actually sneak up on the enemy, but you do need to be able to recognise which aircraft is the enemy

Hope to see you on IL2

hi,

I'd really like to join you guys but the problem is that I only have the original and PF.
But if anyone want to do a co-op in PF contact me.
I am currently playing with almost every difficulty on, except limited ammo and no external view (and sometimes without stalls/spins for the fun). But am now practicing with everything (except external view) on

greets
Fabian
