My entry for the Bombs Away group build is the 1/72 scale Heller Fieseler Fi 103R. This is a prototype manned variant of the V-1 buzz bomb that was to be used against high value targets like bridges and command posts. Supposedly, the pilot would bail out before impact, but I doubt he could do so because the engine intake was right in his path.

Yesterday's down time on the site gave me some time to finish up some of the construction and leave me with just painting and finishing. I'll post photos when the gallery is back to 100%.
