If anybody remembers the Calgary contest last year, there was also a scratched Hind, which was jaw-dropping spectacular! Not sure if this is the same one, couldn't find who constructed this beaut.

It's the same Hind from the RMMC 2005 show.
See the posting in the Scratchbuilder's forum. I went over the multiple awards that it won.

Hi there
Wow! That is magnificent! Does anyone know if "in progress" shots have ever appeared? - I'd love to see more details of the construction.
All the best
Rowan

There's a pic of the Hind on RRMC's website from last year's show, there looks to be a huge write up as well as a photo on the table beside the write up, I'm sure there were inprogress shots there as well...
Jason, lookin forward to coming back again this year, looks like for now only three of us VSM'ers are going to represent Victoria..not sure if I'll bring any dios, because after seeing those three huge ones that guy brought in....yikes. I was talking to him during the show, and the last thing he said to me was "wait till you see what I bring next year."

Kelly,
See you at the show. Yup, those dioramas were in the HUGE category. I can't even imagine what he will have this year...maybe the entire Mekong Delta in 1/35 or a small German village?
Roderick, I am pretty sure it was built in 1/32.
