Yes its me again and yet again on the scrounge...please...
I’m looking for markings and details for any Gloster Meteor Flll in all metal finish immediately post WW2. Late 40’s to very early 50’s.
i.e. Serial number and corresponding codes, any insignia ,colour markings or pilot graphics.
Again I would be most grateful.

There's no such bird as a natural metal U.K. Meteor; they were painted silver. The only photo, that I can find, so far, is RAA-B, EE420, and RAA-B EE400 (partially hidden,)of 500Squadron, in July 1948. It's in Crowood's book, on the Meteor, which is difficult to find, nowadays.
