Hi all!
Someone pointed me to the latest shizuoka news pages and I found this to be very interesting:
There are other new releases in 1/48 scale, especially Armor (Cromwell, Firefly, KV-1, King Tiger etc...) but the Krupp Truck, the " Käfer" Staff Car and the German Airfield Set (their Kettenkraftrad + Power Supply Unit and figures) could make a nice addition to every Luftwaffe diorama!
I just hope they will do the Opel Blitz Truck in the future and also British and US Airfield Vehicles. Anyway, the 1/48 Armor and Vehicles range is growing at a very fast rate!
Don't forget to browse through the other pages as well... a new manufacturer seems to be very promising: Hobby Boss... Anyone heard of them?

Hi Jean-Luc
nice you posted it here. I am really happy about the Käfer and the Kettenkrad with figures ... long needed kits
BUT as you stated :
WE NEED A PLASTIC OPEL BLITZ!!!!!!!!!!!!
(sorry for shouting but that's how I feel)
Also a Büssing-NAG 4500 or Mercedes would also be nice..
BTW Hobby-Boss is quite nice ... I got a T-34 from the Nürnberg Toy fair ... downscaled 1/16 kit ... full interior!!
cheers
Steffen

Jean-Luc,
Thanks very much for the information on those new airfield equipment sets.
Those are exactly the kind of things I have been wanting to add to my photobase! This is the best news I have heard all day.
I agree we need an Opel Blitz fuel truck plastic kit...maybe next year Tamiya?

Hi, I see the Opel Blitz in FM models in resin and plastic. It is very expensive, but it is a great model. I hope that Tamiya will include this model in your catalogue.
Where I can see the "Power Supply Unit" or Airfield set for to buy it ???
PD: Ah, I see it is only for pre-orders. Soon we can to buy it.
Regards.

Hi Jean-Luc
Look here:
Käfer
Kettenkrad
I know you can read it I'm sorry for the others.
I did a review as soon as I got the kits (which was today 5.30 PM local) ... no translation though, I can barely keep up with the updates of my site. It is not that I do not want .. I just do not have the time
best wishes
Steffen
