Does anyone have any intel if the Italeri 1/48 MIG-23MF that is soon to be coming out is a new kit or just a reboxing of the old ESCI/ERTL/Hobbycraft MIG-23?

So many companies are simply reboxing old kits that I'm wary to buy some of them because I'm afraid it's just the same old tired kit...
