Hi Guys
I am just about to start painting my first aircraft in nearly six years and I was wonderinf if anyone has any good tips for masking off canopies?

You should find some good ideas in Canopy Tips, in which Tin_Can collected a round-up of various tips about canopies from members' posts. This useful thread somehow got "unstickied", so I've re-applied the glue.

With Parafilm M for masking the canopies I gave solution to all my problems with this item. It works great

Got to agree with Carlos about Parafilm M for masking canopies, absolutely wonderful stuff.
You can pick a roll up on e/bay which will last a lifetime.
