Hello.
I just received a big old wooden Stuka from my grandfather.
Anyway the kits half built and half eating by mice plus I don’t have a clue on working on such a kit. And I don’t know that I have all the parts. (Haven’t tried checking things out but can’t find the wings for one thing.)
So first of all any one know where I may be able to possibly find instructions for this thing? Mine are half eating.
Plus I could use any advice or tips at all on how to build this thing.
Also it anyone knows where I can get large wooden kits like this (only in better shape) I would love to get a few for my grandfather.
Thanks.

I believe I built that kit, long ago ...
Anyway, try the link below -- the web site is horrible.
This link is page one of several on vintage kits & things, but you won't find links to the successive pages until the bottom of each. Nor will you find a simple catalog list, etc or a search function. Best is to simply wait til the overly long pages load than slowly scroll down looking for what you want and enjoying the rest.

You'd be better off asking on ARC, or doing some googling for sites that are into the wooden stuff -- I'm sure they are out there ...

I cant help you find your information, but I did want to comment. You've got a great find, and a good "different" challange to build this.
Get pictures and drawings, use any plastic model kit stuka's instruction kit, to help you in possibly matching pieces.
This is the kind of kit that my dad got me when i was 8-9 years old...but they were the old balsa kits with tissue paper skin..I wonder if they still make those?..Name like Gulliows???
I had a stuka, Fokker Triplane, Hell cat, Warhawk.
Have fun!

Yep they still make them. In fact you can find some here. http://www.rchobbies.org/guillow_index.htm
This ones wings are to be built as the frame and then covered but none of the sheets appear to show the pieces for them. I’m thinking if I can’t find the instructions I’ll try to look up a scale drawing of the framing in the real plane to work off of.
I do wood work so I should be able to scratch the missing parts.

If you are thinking of scratching your own wings, try http://www.clevelandairline.com/default.asp for plans
...
That site I 1st gave you may have scanned plans available, if you find the kit there ...
