The door gunner would he have some sort of cord or mount for the M60? or would he have just a seat belt on? also Would there be two gunner's?
Also the M-3 granade lancher's ammo belt and the drum, could that go behind the co-pilots seat ? or was it strapped to the back cabin wall?
There was some one that was doing this model a few months back, they had put wires of the engine and instrument pannel, dose any one know what section it was it under? Thanks.

Hello Mark,
Ok...as for the door gunner, well the weapon would be either hung with some sort of a bungie or a mount.
Here are two great sites I like to use, this one and here
The gunner is most times belted off with the belt. It has a saftey line that he would attach to that was attached to one of the tie down rings to the side wall.
I can't find the photo of the 40mm grenade launcher, but the feed chute belt run forward between the pilots seats. It really runs between the center instrument panel and the co-pilot seat, and down through the floor behind the instrument panel.
As for the post you saw here, is this the one you saw

They go together as the instructions show, just take your time. Another note. If you plan on using the 40mm grenade launcher, don't use the mini guns. The C model could not carry both systems and all their ammo and still get off the ground. The standard set-up was 40mm GL and 7-shot rocket pods, or miniguns and rockets, but not both. Academy got that part wrong.

Thanks for your reply Gino, in my kit there is no istructions for the mini-guns, I was undecided in the armament that i was going to put on the chopper, i have gone with the m-5 on the nose, i just want to put the mini-guns together to see what they look like and for the life of me i can't work it out.
Thanks for your reply.
Mark.

Sorry, forgot that the Frog kit doesn't use the miniguns. Here you go.

Does it had fitting problems? Cos mine had some gaps under the fuselage.

Fit problems, none on this end. I have heard some complain about the fuselage fit, not sure why, but no nothing here and I built both Huey’s from Academy.

No problems here either. As long as everything is lined up inside, it should go right together. I have built four of them with no issues.
