Hi, I see some RAF models where the RFC circle (with blue and red colour) is in only one decal. But I see in others decals's trademarks that this emblem in the upper and lower wings is divided with the blue circle and the red point in decals separatly. My question is for the second case.
What process must to be planned in order to put these decals in my model? I know, the blue circle is easy, is the first decal, but I need to put the red point above to the blue circle and...... what's happen with the varnish and micro-set and sol solutions. I think the phases are, but I am not sure.

1. Varnish gloss in the surface
2. Micro-set
3. Blue circle decal
4. Mocro-sol.....I'm not sure.
5. Varnish gloss
6. Red point above the blue circle decal
7. Micro-sol....I?m not sure.
8. Varnish semi-gloss for example.

Uffff, I'm not sure about this process. Can anyone to help me? Thanks

Greetings Miguel!

No worries. Once the blue and white are complete set and dry on the model., just apply the center red spot as you would any decal. The reason they are separate is so there is less chance at the factory to foul up registrations.

1. Varnish gloss (or semigloss in Smaller scales) on the surface.
2. Micro-set.
3. Blue circle decal.
4. Micro-sol to be sure sure.
4a. Let dry completely.
4b. wipe off any residue with a damp cotton swab after dry.
5. Varnish gloss.
6. Red point above the blue circle decal.
7. Micro-sol to be sure.
7a. Let dry completely.
7b. wipe off any residue with a damp cotton swab after dry.
8. Varnish dull coat.

Thank you very much Stephen. Ok, now I see the process very clear, but one more question: the micro-set in the second decal (red point) is not necessary, I suppose ???? Thanks Stephen. and Regards.

Thanks Stephen, Ok, then, when I will take the blue circle on the model, I will apply the micro-set solution above. Later the red point decal over the set solution. Thanks Stephen, thank you very much for your answers.
Regards
