Hi everyone
Just a heads up that I'm off on holiday for the next couple of weeks or so. You'll be in Chuck and Jean-Luc's capable hands, so keep the submissions coming!
I'm certainly looking forward to a break from work - but there's also plenty to look forward to here when I get back with the launch of the full new Forum.
Take care all - and happy modelling.
All the best
Rowan

Well, I'm going South - but only as far as my family on the Isle of Wight. Still, they don't have an Internet connection and the house is right on the seafront, so I'm all set to get in plenty of swimming to cool off after a couple of heavy weeks in a stifling London video editing-suite.
I'll try to get some reviews written up - that reminds me... it's the perfect chance to translate your He 177 article! - and I'll take a couple of kits away with me to work on if it rains!
All the best

AND the shares for Tanglefoot should soar too....
Two weeks should see you tackle a copious amount.
Any excuse to slake the heatwave generated thirst.
Have a great time Rowan.
Cheers

Hi all
Wow! The joys of a ropey dial-up connection! 1/2 hour just to check my PMs... :-) It's great to be able to check in and see all's well - but I think it's convinced me to sit back and concentrate on enjoying my holiday!

I am afraid that part of that might be my fault. My e-mail system has a flaw, that sometimes when it is sending letters that are more than a couple hundred Kb's, it goes into a loop of resending--yet shows me the message was NOT transmitted! I sent Rowan some pix of a KLM B-747 touching down at St. Martiens, and it went to my other address a dozen times. Rowan is too courteous to hint at such a burden.
Rowan, I hope I stopped this before the deluge hit you. I am sorry if it didn't, but rest assured I have figured out a protocol to prevent this e-fluke.
Enjoy your vacation!
