Hi.Just wanted to post some pics of the Skyraider build. This is my first pre-shade build so we'll see how it goes. I used ModelMaster blackgrey for the pre-shade.The landing gear and wheels are painted and weathered and need some brake lines. I didn't notice until after I applied the red and white [watch out] stripes to both sides of the propeller tips that the backs of the blades should be yellow, that was an easy fix. The dive barkes need to be touched up with some white.I tried to add some detail to the inner wing pylons with some stretched sprue and some plastic discs punhed with a Waldron punch set. Thanks for looking, I'll keep you posted, Wingman out.

Looks great so far. Is this the standard kit or the prop spinner? Both are the same except for the motor and mounts. Nice that Tamiya didn't alter the A/C kits the way the did the armored Motorized RC kits.
Also where did you get the pylon parts?

Hi Steve. This is the standard kit. It's been sitting in the stash for quite a long time. It's going together very well. If you are refering to the sway brace items, those were made from scratch from stretched sprue and some discs punched from sheet plastic. I drilled a hole down through the brace and inserted the bit of stretched sprue through and attached the small plastic disc. I'll bee putting the MK82's together today and start on the white on the bottom of the model, thanks for looking, Wingman out.
