Legato''s 1/48 scale Fw 190 V1 is a nice little resin kit. I'm sure every WW2 Luftwaffe fan will like this one!

Hi Rowan!
Thanks, but what do you mean with "Decals aside"? The swastika thing or are the decals wrong?
Anyway, you should know that the kit isn't available at Hannants anymore (sold out) and that you have to find it elswhere...

Hi Jean-Luc
Yes, I was referring to your comments about the Swastikas. It's the first time I've heard of them being spoiled with a marker like that - a new form of censorship. I guess Legato must have run into a problem after the sheet was designed (otherwise it's odd to have included them at all). Still, there are obviously plenty of sources for the offending items, so it doesn't detract from a great looking kit.

Hi Neil
C[ ] Yes, I'm afraid so! - I've just started Vector's La-5F - another lovely resin kit and also in the "luxury" category on account of its price (£49.95). Top quality resin kits don't come cheap...
