Great job on the Mosquito Carlos. Looks like the decals set down really good for you too. The markings in the second picture formed right around the side of the plane very nicely.
What is your Moosie sitting on? I love the reflections in the pics.

Good modeling

Hi Carlos!

Great model! You did a wonderful job on this one. I usually don't like relief panel lines but it seems not to be a problem here.
Like Wayne, I like that reflection effect you achieved with the background paper. In fact I love it! For sure, this idea will be used by others in the future!

Indeed not much of a problem as the "Wooden Wonder" shold not have many seems and panel lines....

best wishes

Great looking Mosquito you got there, Carlos. Awesome!
Yeah, what did you use as a background, and what is the Mosquito standing on??

Hi Carlos!
Another very nice clean build
Only thing I spotted was to maybe give the undercarriage a wash but thats just me being really mean and picky
Very nice job with the surgery on the nose. Its what put me off doing this version when I put the Airfix Mosquito earlier this year and youve done it very well.
Is the reflective base glossy card?
Looking forward to your Tamiya Spitfire

Hi fellows:

Thanks to everybody for the kind words. I really enjoyed very much this build. It took some extra work with the fuselage seams and with the surgery in the nose but nothing too serious.
The material used in the base is autoadhesive white gloss paper, the same that´s used to cover books, here the brand is "Con-Tact".
The panel lines are as they come with the kit, practically none in the wings, just in the ailerons and some raised ones in the nacelles. The only job I´ve done was some weathering with chalk powder.

Today I started with the NF Mk II.

Regards.
Carlos

Thanks Stefan.
The NF Mk II is also Airfix in 1/72. I guess that in more or less a couple of weeks will be finished.

Hi Jan:

In the Airfix kit I´ll use the Tamiya decals for NF Mk II of 157 Sqn.
The Airfix fuselage roundels are horrible.
