Hey Terry,
Only been here a few weeks myself - its a lot of fun.
The P-40 looks cool but the US Army chap (Ranger?) is even better!
Is the P-40 the Trumpeter kit?

Hi Redraider,
Welcome to the site! Wonderful community here
Great work! I hope your thing is also P-40s.
I have the Trumpeter P-40 but put it aside for a myraid of other projects. Did you detail how you cut open the engine cowl panels? There is a detailed article about it on-line somewhere, I have it bookmarked somewhere, too.
My 1/32 projects are the Hasegawa Frank, the P-40C, and just bought the new Tamiya A6M2.
Someday I will start my 1/32 Revell Japanese Tony, George and Jack. Stay tuned!

Lee,
The kit is from Trumpter. It is a good kit, however I added alot details that are missing in the cockpit, wheel wells, and engine area. My next projects are a P-26 and a P-51 in 1/32 scale. I am in the process of rounding up detail infomation on them.
