Hi Stug,
Nice 'cobra. I see no seam lines. Your paint appears thin.
My P-39 detail book claims Bell used their own color of interior green. In the color pix it appears as a medium green, not a yellow-green.
Is this Eduard's kit?

Good progress on the Airacobra.
Fred,
Looks to be the Hasegawa kit being in light grey plastic.
The Eduard kit is moulded in the olive green plastic.

Yes, it is the hasa gawa kit. I'm starting a new progress pics thread as i've gone into decaling the kit. Rigth now though i have to warn y'all it's a gloss monster that the flash realy loves. I also retouched the interior, but i was at a loss for interior colours as this is a model of a P-400 that went into service with the USAAC after the Brits rejected them. The other issue is i could only find pics of restored birds or B/W photos for the project. My only grip with this kit is the lack of any seat belt detail. I can live with that for now. I'll post the original pics again and then run some current ones for the decaling effort. thanks guys. STUG
