Hi all,
I've got a Trumpeter MIG 29m 1/32 kit but I do not trust their paint instructions. I want to paint th kit in grey with green camouflage colours. I have two questions:
1) what colour grey and green are correct. I use Tamiya acrylics.
2) the instructions show a soft edge camo, but I have seen pics of a MIG with hard edge in those colours.
Can anyone help?
Regards,
Matthijs

Hi there friend, I have also got the 32nd scale mig, although i have the K. having done a bit of research. the nearest i have been able to find is Xtracolor 611 and 612. these are the grey green and light grey for mig 29 standard paint job. Hope that helps. Not tried them myself yet but will be soon.

Hi Pete,
thanks for that, especially the grey/green. The instructions showed some armour green colour which just didn't look right at all. I will start painting on my cockpit this weekend. Can't wait to put it next to my Tamiya F-15E on the shelf.
