i just bought revell’s Mi-24 Hind-D. i’m planning to model a soviet hind. the box art shows it with what looks like a tan base color with patches of a darker camo. the colors in the kit manual are no use to me since it seems only tamiya and gunze sangyo are available in the philippines. does anyone know what colors I should use in the tamiya or gunze range? or does anyone know where can find a conversion chart for revell to tamiya/gunze?

I don't know the color numbers/names but are you trying to make it look like this?

Hello Rovik,
I'm not sure of what kit you have, scale? Anyhow there are many build/articles that can be found on Aircraft Resource Center.

ARC

Once there at the top of page, there is a dark blue bar. At the far right side click on the search button. Then type in Mi-24 Hind-D, there you'll find the many different builds that dicribe the kit and what paints were used.

There have been multiple color schemes over the years. The one that sounds closest to the one on the boxtop is either sand and leather brown, or sand and dark green.
