This photo belongs to a patron of our library and I have no clue as to who built this plane...I was guessing maybe Junkers.
Anyone know what it is?

I think its a Junkers W33 or W34, but I'm probably wrong :-) .

I have to agree with Andy on the Junkers - not sure of the model though.

That is a Junkers
W34 - the earlier W33 had an inline Junkers engine.

i read somewhere that the original JU52 design was a single engined aircraft, but it ended up with three because of low power/safety issues. and this machine does look like a single engined 52 so i wonder if it was a forerunner aircraft
