Hi,
This is Ardpols Grunau Baby II in 1/48 with minor work left. I will have it on exibition this weekend in Malmö on C4-open.
The model is very good and the only drawback is the struts. There are struts to the main wing in the box but I took spare struts from Aeroclub, the ones to the stabilator where made from Evergreen plastic sheet. The control horns come from Parts 1/72 control horn etch sheet and the seat belts are prepainted Eduards.
Will post more pics when it´s finished.

Hi Tobias
Your Baby is looking fantastic! It's great to see an already unusual model taken to the next level with a new colour scheme.
LOL! Jean-Luc - I guess you're referring to my review of this kit... - it's green with envy over here - red with embarrassment (which is actually what I habitually suffer from whenever I miss yet another build deadline... )
All the best
Rowan

Hi everyone!!
Now I have finished my Grunau Baby II, or Se 102 in the Swedish Air Force. The markings is from F 10 Ängelholm air wing from 1949, the babys was painted the same in the whole Air Force. The only differens between the gliders was the number on the side of the aircraft which denotes what air wing the glider belongs.
I hope you enjoy the pics
During the weekend I was in Malmö and C4-open there I won the Swedish Aviation Historical Society (SFF) for best aircraft with Swedish connections. The price is a diploma and a challenge trophy which is a stick from a J35A Draken.
That´s all for now
