During my internet travels I came across this rather interesting photo.....and I must confess, I don't know about this one.
As you can see this is an official Dept. of the Navy photo, so I am assuming this is a legitimate experimental vehicle of some sort.
I don't suppose anyone out there knows anything more about this do they?? Or even better, another photo?
