Hello,
As one of the authors of the book, I would like to express my appreciation for Frederick's review - not because it is positive, but because I believe he has very aptly understood the structure, and grasped the objectives, that Jaume and me established for this work, and this is reflected in his very to-the-point comments.
Regards,
Daniel Alfonsea
