Hello all:
This is the latest project in wich I´m working right now. It´s a Hasegawa 1/48 Spitfire Mk VI. The build is OOB and as usually I added the seat belts (homemade). Paints are Model Master Enamels and decals from the kit. The shiny look are the Future coats applied before and aft the decaling.
Next: overall oil wash, mate coat, weathering with chalk powder, some chipping, masking and painting the canopie, add gun barrels made of steel tubing, and that will be all.
The kit is fantastic, fit is ok and the levell of detail is Hasegawa´s standard. The only point that gives a little work are the pointed wing tips, but with some test fitting and some smooth sanding the result ok. No filler was used.
Here I post some pics of the bird, critiques will be aprreciated.
