You could make them yourself out of tissue and a water/white glue mixture.....
Just soak your tissue in the solution, careful not to rip it....(this is the most tedious part), shape over the engines, and let dry. Remove, trim and paint. All you have to do then is make straped to hold them on the plane.

But when you use 'tissue' use tissue paper, for crafts and kites, not toilet or nose tissue for blowing or wiping..
The first is thicker and more durable the second will disintigrate when wet.
