Here is a link to review for yourself the new Italeri 1/48 A-10A Thunderbolt kit. It's a hobby shop in Poland.
Does it look like new tooling to anyone, or just a reissue of an earlier kit?

I noticed that there are some decals for the cockhouse. Looks like some aftermarket bits may be needed for the office. I hear thier 1/72 version is excellent though. Hopefully Italeri carried that to the !/48 version.
By the way, what is the proper pronunciation for 'Italeri' ?

I'm currently building the Italeri 1/48 A-10 it is new toolings it does have decals with no raised detail at all for the cockpit so aftermarket maybe the way to go but the rest of the kit is going well at the moment. I have built the Italeri 1/72 thunderbolt aswell and this is a good kit and does have a good interior with raised details for the cockpit and looks good built straight from the box. Just a shame they couldn't do this for the 1/48 version.
