Hello Cesare,
Not sure if you tried doing a google search, but if not try it out. I was able to find many sites, and typing in different ways....US Navy F-5E, F-5E, F-5E Cockpits and so on.
Here's a few cockpit shots.
Here is a nice site that will help you with your build, Aircraft Resource Center, in the top right hand corner you'll see a search tab, click it and type in F-5E. There you'll see the many types built with reference of what's and how's.
