RLM66 it is, of which IMPS Stockholm's helpdesk charts say the following:

I agree with Emiritus - Humbrol 32 is about right for 1:32.
I've used it on 1:48 and 1:72 - its way to dark on 1:72 and about right on 1:48 after being drybrushed with a lighter grey.
