This month''s Portfolio comes from Canada and shows models made by Frank Portela (Clanky44), member of the famous Guelph Plastic Modellers Group. I''m a big fan of Frank''s models I must say!

Great portfilio Frank!
I always look forward to seeing your builds.I particularly like the way you preshade (and postshade?),and the panel line washes.
A fine addition to the Aeroscale Portfolio Library.

Thanks for the kind comments folks! This site continues to give me much needed incentives and motivation. Hopefully my busy work schedule, (which keeps me away from home) will not detract from my renewed interest, and I'll be able to build plenty more this year!
thanks again,
Frank

There are loads of great talent on this site and everyone has their own special niche. I'd have to say that Frank does the finest paint jobs I've seen so far. I've tried to replicate his faded, buffed out look several times but have not achieved professional level of his work yet.
Very nice indeed Frank

Great portfolio Frank, and wonderfully presented by Jean-Luc again.
Some really great models in that lot. My favorite is the Skyhawk, i just love that camo scheme.
