just to let everyone on this site know that after i destroyed the canopy of an MPM Heinkel 100 kit, by rolling my office chair over it (oops!) the nice people at MPM and mr Jan Hajicek sent me a brand new one completly free of charge that arrived today
P.S. is there any chance a mod can sort out my spelling in the title?

I had the same thing happen to me. I bought a long out of production MPM kit of the Fairey Albacore on eBay. When I opened the box the canopy was shattered and unrepairable. I contacted MPM and within a few days they had sent me a new canopy (they said it was actually the very last one they had) FREE OF CHARGE AND PERFECTLY PACKAGED IN A BOX! - Now that is great service!!
