Have any of you used these? How do you cat them out? I've tried the hard way with X-acto and with a homemade punch.

Hi Fred

You can use a sharp knife, nail scissors or a punch (for example from a Waldron punch-and-die set). There's no need to cut right up to the edge of the decal, I generally leave about 1mm of film around each dial. As long as you're using the usual decal application techniques with MicroSet/Sol or similar, the film will be invisible.
