Hi all!
Finally, we have a Whirlythings forum!
Here´s some pics of my Choppers i have built in the last five years!
First out is a UH-1D Iroquis(?) in 1/48 from Italeri;
MD 500 "Defender" in a special ops dress, Academy 1/48;
MiL Mi-24 Hind D, Revell/Monogram 1/48;
This was built just after I had returned to modelling, so it´s well before my airbrushing days!
Sikorsky SH-3H Seaking in 1/144 from Sweet;
Well, that´s what I had so far, hope You´ll enjoy them!
This will be a great place for us Helo-nuts, let´s make good use of It!
Thanks to the staff for letting us have this forum!
Cheers!

Looking good. The SH-3 looks great, especially for that small of a scale. Thanks for posting.
One note though, your Huey is confused. It has both D model and late H model parts on it. The D model should not have the white antenna, pitot tube, long whip antenna, nor the towel bar antenna on the roof. Also, the D should not have the wire cutters nor the antennas on the sides behind the pilots doors. Not your fault though, the Italeri instructions are all wrong. Same with the Panda 1/35 kit, which is a scaled up version of yours, even down to the same decals.

Hi Gino!
Actually, I have come to suspect a "rotten fish" about this model myself!
I built It several years ago, long before I found all these modelling forums on the ´net.
At that time all I could relay on was the manufacturer´s research, and we all know how good that is, don´t we?
That´s exactly why I´m so happy about this forum, now we have a place where we can discuss those matters.
I love Choppers but I still have a lot to learn!
Cheers!

Nice builds although the area on the roof should be painted black not gray
