First of all I must appologise for not announcing the outcome of the AMOQ. I have been busy with work, attending shows and also attending a show with our own IPMS Kitmaker Branch. Then I have been having problems with my internet connection.

This was probably inevitable but we are doing away with the Model of the Quarter and replacing it with a new Model of the Month (MOM). It is felt that all the excitment created by the old MOM has disapeared. This is partly because of the long time period over which it ran. The AMOQ did however have some good points and these will be incorperated in the new MOM. I am still a little busy so I am just letting you all know about this change and the fact that I haven't forgotten about the results of the AMOQ. I will write the new rules soon, probably tomorrow, and also announce the results of the AMOQ. I have opened a gallery for the new MOM so you can post to it if you like, but I suggest that you wait for the rules as they will be different to the old MOM and similar to the AMOQ, new builds only, one picture only, voting in the gallery, etc, etc

I think it is great that you are placing model of the month back on the front burner so to speak. I only participated a few times earlier but enjoyed seeing other peoples work. Great to see it coming back. Thank you. Russell
