Fred Rick Boucher (JPTRR) had a pleasant surprise some days ago at his local hobby shop: he found Hasegawa's new 1/48 scale FOLLOW ME Jeep Willys MB kit. For the benefit of Aeroscale, he reviewed it.

Nice review Fred
the kit builds into an nice model. The only real problem I see is the hefty price tag on the kit.
better to say .. "It can be build into a nice model" .. mine is rather poor.
BTW there are a few aftermarket sets already (Hauler) which will improve the kit in some aspects but also make it more expensive
best wishes

Ive been thinking about getting this.
Does anyone know who is stocking it in the UK. Hannants have it down as a future release. The only Ebay shops that seem to be stocking it are in the USA.

I got my pair direct from Japan via HLJ. Cost me about £8 each, and that includes shipping, though that was with a 10% discount for pre-ordering, I also have two of the next versions on pre-order.
