Hi Cesare,
I have the same kit, and looking at the colour HobbyBoss suggest does look a little to dark IMHO. personally myself I would go a little lighter on the gray, maybe mix a drop of white into the Gunship Gray.
Considering thier was only one N/AW A 10 built, I have found several photos where the gray looks darker in some pics and lighter in others. Whether it was re-sprayed at different times or if its just different weather conditions affecting the colour we see I don't know .

The correct coplor for the A-10A N/AW is ANA 603 Sea Grey - FS36118

Model Master..MM:1723
Gunze Sangyo..GS:H305
Tamiya..T:XF-24
Humbrol..4*Hu:77 + 3*Hu:70 + 2*Hu:34 + 2*Hu:25 (Hu:125)

As Aandy said it seems on the dark side, I to would lighten up the color for a second coat in and around upper panels and leading edges.

Hey Cesare there really isn't that much infoomation out on the A-10 N/AW, I have many books on the A-10 and each say the same about the N/AW aircraft. As a matter of fact each of the books carry the same info just as what can be found on the net. Basicly the A-10 N/AW is the same as the A-10 in it's self, the second seat was added above the ammunition drum and avionics boxes. The boxes were located in the fairing behind the canopy and the fin were increased to 20inches to compensate for the extra side area...other than that the airframe stayed unchanged. Also the N/AW can be flown from both cockpits.

Here is a great walkaround... A-10 N/AW

Anything else please feel free to ask.

Thanks Joe, you seem to have some good info on the A-10. I'm looking for some reference for the Suwon AB, Korea (SU) A-10's from the '80's. Do you have any ref for those? I have a few from when I was there but they are poor quality. I would like something to refresh my memeory.

Hey Juggler,
Not sure what your asking, you looking for info on base or A-10's from the 80's. Did you happen to see this site, if pretty good with pics, vids and stories.
