Well, I've got one (of three) done! Started this about a week ago. A great kit, with no real issues fit-wise. Represents Glen Eagleston's Late-War machine (I just realized I didn't decal his name on the canopy[!]). It's built entirely OOB, and finished in ALCLAD II Chrome, then buffed out with a light coating of car wax. Hope you like it! Cheers, JK

I certainly do! Took a little while for me to get my sight back from the shine...
Did you wax it before or after decals?

I´m building on my P-47, but will do Gabreski´s aircraft as I chickend out on such a big NMF job! But now when I see Yours, I feel I must have one in NMF too!
I will get me at least one more of these, kit of the year?
Cheers!

Thanks Fred...no flash on the camera, either! I waxed it after the decals. I use "Nanowax", which is a liquid wax made for showcars. Comes in a spray bottle. A little goes a loooong way!
Cheers, JK
