Rick,

That is incredible! How long did it take to paint? I think all here would love to see more pics and a bit of a build review.

Not only how long did the paint job take you, how long before you could see straight again.

Fantastic job

Thanks guys! More pics coming soon as my friend has this and a couple other builds at his house to photo for me.Unfortunately,he is on vacation with family for a while so I will post more when I can.The best news is I just bought a new camera for my Father's Day gift(Thank's babe! ) and I will soon become snap happy
The sqiggle pattern cammo took 6-8 hrs in two sittings to finnish.I used MM RLM 82 dunklegrun and applied via stipple motion using a small glass fibre brush for fabrics. I paint detailed the pilots office and added a radio, first aid kit,map cases, binoculars, and a couple canteens throughout the greenhouse.
Cheers!

Nice one Rick, the paint job alone should get you a "mention in dispatches" Why not enter this into the MOM for May instead

Great work Rick.
I can see why it took you so long to paint that, my eyes keep going cross eyed looking at it .
Excellent work, definitely looking forward to seeing some more pics of this.

Hi Rick!

That scheme makes me feel sea-sick and a bit crosseyed!
Can imagine how you felt after doing this, ouch!

The purpose of camouflage is breaking up the contours, and this certainly does the job!

Great paint job on a really nice model!

Cheers! (Think You´ll need these now...)

Rick,

Is the scheme based on an actual plane? Or is it a "what if/could be?" The nice thing about German aircraft is they were certainly artistic and that really opens doors for us. Again, I look forward to more pics, and yes enter it in MoM. Unless it sucks up close! Which I doubt.

More dizzy squiggle G4....

Percheron, this scheme,or some very close to it, were fairly typical for night fighters.Usually the squiggle was done over a more standard 3 color night hue. Couple more pics in my gallery if you wish.
Thanks for viewing!
Cheers!
