Airfix has posted the marking options and box art for its forthcoming 1/48 P-51D Mustang release.
Marking options include:
“Little Indian” , 2nd Commando Group, 10th AF, USAAF, Kalaikunda, India, 1945.
“Jersey Jerk” , 44-15152, aircraft flown by Captain Donald Strait, 351st Fighter Squadron, 356th Fighter Group, USAAF, RAF Martlesham Heath, Suffolk, England, 1945.
Expected release date is August 2017
