Tempest Exhausts
Tempest Mk. V & Mk. VI Exhausts

by: Rowan Baylis [ MERLIN ]

The exhausts supplied with Eduard's Sabre-engined Tempests are by no means bad, but they are completely eclipsed by the new set of resin replacements that Barracuda Studios have released.

The new parts arrive in a zip-lock bag and don't come with any instructions beyond tips for working with resin on the cardboard header. This is for the simple reason none are required - the exhausts are straight drop-in replacements for the kit parts. As such, they are ideal for newcomers to working with resin and experienced modellers alike.

And the exhausts themselves? As you'd expect from Barracuda Studios, they are quite exquisite, with hollowed out ends, weld seams and mounting flanges at the base of each stack.

Item #BR48398 is available now direct from Barracuda Studios

Conclusion
Barracuda Studios' Tempest exhausts will be simplicity itself to install while offering a dramatic improvement over the kit parts, making them ideal for anyone trying a resin upgrade for the first time.
