The figure
Toro Model's figure is composed of five light grey resin parts: one body, two arms, one head and a seperate parachute. Casting is excellent with no air bubbles at all. There are no instructions provided in the kit but this isn't really necessary because the photos on the box should suffice as construction and painting guide. The pilot is represented as if he was talking to someone (mechanic or officer) so maybe a second figure is mandatory if you want to include it in a little scene.
Conclusion
There are not many figures of WWII Polish pilots in 1/48 scale and I don't think there will be that many in the future (and certainly not in injected plastic). So Toro Model's figure is very welcome even if it may appear a little bit expensive. However, if you want to add a figure next to your PZL P-11 model, this one will be just perfect.
