Introduction

If you never used a sheet of masks made by Eduard (or any other company), you should know that they are mainly meant to cover the areas of clear parts (canopies) before applying the camouflage colors. By using masks, one can achieve a finish that is far superior than the result one would achieve with a brush.
Of course it is possible to cut masks oneself, but this is sometimes very difficult when the canopy frames have a complex design. In the case of Japanese WWII aircraft, it is often the case, so Eduard's set of masks can be very useful.

A6M2-K EX272

This small sheet has been designed for Hasegawa's new 1/48 scale A6M2-K trainer model kit. With the masks provided, it is possible to cover the complex glazings of the trainer version of the famous Zero fighter. Additional masks are provided to cover the wheel hubs.
Instructions are printed in B&W on a small A5 sheet of paper.
